As Meister Law Group’s Brand & Content Manager, Devin helps shape how the firm shows up in the world.
From digital communications and newsletters to graphics, community events, and broader brand initiatives, Devin works behind the scenes to ensure MLG’s public presence reflects who we are: professional without being impersonal, knowledgeable without being intimidating, and always unmistakably human.
For Devin, good marketing begins long before the finished product. It starts with understanding the goal, asking the right questions, identifying what matters most, and finding the clearest and most compelling way to communicate it. He particularly enjoys taking an idea, sometimes little more than the beginning of one, and transforming it into something that genuinely connects with people.
That approach is rooted in an unconventional professional background.
Before entering marketing and business operations, Devin served in the United States Army as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst. His military work included multi-source intelligence analysis, research, threat assessment, intelligence briefings, leadership, and mentoring.
The experience taught him to examine complex information carefully, separate what matters from what does not, and communicate his conclusions clearly and effectively.Those skills followed him into civilian life.
After transitioning from military service, Devin built experience across marketing, sales, communications, and business operations, working with branding, packaging, presentations, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives. Today, he combines the analytical discipline of his intelligence background with the creativity required to build and protect a distinctive brand.
Devin is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and plans to continue his education by earning an MBA.
At MLG, he is especially passionate about making legal communications feel accessible. Family law can be intimidating enough without the law firm itself adding to that feeling. Devin wants the firm’s content and visual presence to help people feel comfortable learning about their options and taking that first step toward asking for help.
As a husband and father of five, four boys and one girl, Devin also has a deeply personal appreciation for the importance of children, family stability, and the relationships at the center of MLG’s work. That connection makes representing the firm’s mission more than simply a marketing assignment.
What he appreciates most about Meister Law Group is the opportunity to contribute creatively to work that matters. He values MLG’s compassion and determination, as well as the trust to take ownership of his work, challenge ideas when necessary, and continually look for better ways to communicate with the community.
Driven, loyal, and creative by nature, Devin describes his work style as meticulous, resourceful, and results-driven. He values honest feedback, dependable follow-through, and collaboration with people whose expertise differs from his own. His goal is not simply to make something look good, it is to understand what it needs to accomplish and make it work.
Outside MLG, Devin enjoys performance cars and automotive projects, traveling and taking Caribbean cruises with his family, and making memories together at amusement parks.
Some of the work Devin is proudest of will never have his name attached to it. It lives in the planning behind a campaign, the revision no one knew was necessary, the detail someone caught only because it was done correctly, and the piece of content that made a person who needed help finally feel comfortable enough to reach out.

With a background in multi-store retail management, she brings valuable experience in handling escalations, managing documentation, and supporting clients with care and efficiency. Nahtalasia takes pride in helping clients feel supported throughout the legal process. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and bringing positivity, patience, and energy into everything she does.
Jessica Hill is a dedicated paralegal at Meister Law Group, bringing professionalism and compassion to every case she supports. Originally from Michigan and now a proud Florida resident for over 22 years, Jessica balances her career with the joys of raising two beautiful children. She’s passionate about sports, enjoys movie nights, family time, and never turns down a good karaoke session.
Timothy “Tim” Meister is a dedicated professional whose journey spans distinguished service in the US Navy and as a Merchant Marine, followed by a successful career in sales within the insurance sector.
With a strong background in leadership, discipline, and strategic thinking honed during his military years, Tim has brought the same commitment and integrity to helping clients navigate the complexities within insurance landscapes. His passion for building trusted relationships has been a hallmark of his career, earning him respect among peers and clients alike.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tim has been happily married to his wife for over a decade, and together they share the joy of raising three wonderful children. In his free time, Tim enjoys golfing, cooking, and cherishing quality moments with family and friends.

Jennifer Meister is an experienced and compassionate family law attorney with a strong commitment to protecting children and families through every stage of their legal journey. As the founder of Meister Law Group, LLC, Jennifer brings over a decade of experience handling high-conflict custody disputes, private and contested adoptions, dependency litigation, and termination of parental rights (TPR) cases.
A graduate of Fordham Law School in New York City, Jennifer has been a proud member of The Florida Bar since 2010,and a Member of the Ohio Bar since 2025. Before founding her own firm, she served as a prosecutor for the Department of Children and Families and as an Assistant Attorney General, where she gained extensive courtroom experience advocating for the safety and well-being of Florida’s most vulnerable children.
Jennifer is especially known for her skillful handling of complex cases involving special needs children, child abuse allegations, and long-term parenting plans. She frequently serves as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) and attorney ad litem, ensuring children have a voice in the courtroom.
