Nahtalasia F. Nunez

Intake Coordinator & Paralegal

For many people who reach out to Meister Law Group, Naht is the first voice they hear and she takes that responsibility to heart.

As MLG’s Intake Coordinator and Guardian ad Litem Paralegal, Naht helps prospective and current clients take those important first steps toward figuring out what comes next. She listens, asks questions, coordinates consultations and scheduling, and helps people understand how Meister Law Group may be able to support them. She also assists with Guardian ad Litem matters, including coordinating home visits and helping process and organize case information.

Naht knows that people rarely contact a family law firm because everything in their lives is going according to plan. They may be frightened, frustrated, uncertain, or simply ready for something to change. Her goal is to meet them there, with empathy, patience, reassurance, and genuine human connection.

She describes her role as helping people identify their “next steps to happiness and success.” Whether someone is preparing for a difficult family law matter or simply trying to understand their options, Naht wants every interaction to leave that person feeling a little more supported and a little less alone than when the conversation began.

Before joining Meister Law Group, Naht developed extensive client-service and leadership experience in the telecommunications industry, including multi-store management, client escalations, technical issue resolution, and billing operations. She also worked in health insurance sales and spent nearly four years as a stay-at-home mother before returning to professional client service.

Her professional development includes college coursework as well as training in management, client relations, billing operations, health insurance, paralegal practices, and GoHighLevel systems. Her background has made her particularly skilled at communication, organization, scheduling, time management, attention to detail, and de-escalation; skills that become especially important when helping people through emotionally charged situations.

What Naht loves most about her work is showing up for people when they need support most. She takes pride in helping prospective clients understand the heart behind Meister Law Group: that their concerns matter, their stories deserve to be heard, and they will have a team committed to helping them understand and navigate the legal process ahead.

That sense of connection is also what drew Naht to MLG. To her, Meister Law Group feels less like a collection of coworkers and more like a family. She loves the collaboration that happens when the team puts their heads together, supports one another, and works toward a shared purpose.

Outgoing, spontaneous, and wholehearted, Naht brings the same energy to her work that she brings to the people in her life. She describes her work ethic as passionate, dedicated, and that of an overachiever and anyone who works alongside her quickly understands why.

Outside the office, Naht’s favorite thing is spending quality time with her family. She also genuinely enjoys spending time with her MLG family, whether that means team lunches, bonding activities, or simply being together beyond the workday.
